Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between KunStudio (hereinafter the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the Cheonmyeongdang service (hereinafter the "Service") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the fortune-related services provided by the Company, including Saju (Korean Four Pillars of Destiny), face reading, palm reading, tarot cards, dream interpretation, today's fortune, zodiac sign fortune and compatibility.
• "User" means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Paid Service" means the detailed analysis reports and similar content that the Company provides for a fee.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Service screen or otherwise announced to users. The Company may amend the Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, and will give notice 7 days before any amendment takes effect.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

• The Company provides the following services: Saju analysis, face reading analysis, palm reading analysis, tarot card reading, dream interpretation, today's fortune, zodiac sign fortune, compatibility analysis, and Feng Shui guidance.
• Free services: basic Saju analysis, face reading / palm reading quizzes, tarot reading, dream interpretation, today's fortune.
• Paid services: detailed Saju reading report, detailed compatibility analysis, New Year fortune report.

Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend provision of the Service in the event of system maintenance, equipment failure, natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (Obligations of the User)

• The User shall comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guidelines and similar rules when using the Service.
• The User shall not collect the personal information of others without authorization or use the Service for improper purposes.
• The User shall use the results of the Service for reference purposes only, and shall not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions.

Article 7 (Payment and Refund)

• Payment for Paid Services is made through the payment methods designated by the Company, such as PayPal for international payments, and KakaoPay or KG Inicis for domestic payments.
• Refunds are governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
• Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be restricted once a report has been viewed.
• A report that has not been viewed may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The fortune analysis results provided by the Service are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not replace professional consultation.
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of fortune analysis results and is not responsible for actions taken by users on the basis of those results.
• The Company is not responsible for suspension of the Service caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
• Today's lucky numbers (presented in a lottery number format) are provided purely for entertainment and reference. The Company does not guarantee any winnings and neither encourages the purchase of lottery tickets nor promotes gambling activity. The Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for purchase decisions relating to lotteries or gambling made on the basis of these numbers, or for any resulting losses. Minors (under 19 years of age) may not purchase lottery tickets.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

All copyright in the content included in the Service (text, images, code, design and so on) belongs to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit such content without the prior consent of the Company.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

• If a dispute arises in connection with the use of the Service, the Company and the User shall seek to resolve it through mutual consultation.
• If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.
